Military Moms-To-Be Celebrate With Special Baby Shower

AURORA, Colo. (CBS4)- A special baby shower was organized in honor of military wives with husbands overseas. The military moms-to-be gathered to celebrate thanks to Operation Homefront.

More than two dozen moms-to-be gathered at the Renaissance/Red Lion Hotel in Aurora where they were treated to a special day complete with snacks and gifts.

"When they're far away from home it gets a little bit lonely. To have something like this, it means a lot to them," said Operation Homefront spokeswoman Nina Nevins.
