Mile High Stadium Executive Chef Putting In Overtime To Be Ready For The Big Game

DENVER (CBS4) - It's been a busy week for Mile High Stadium Executive Chef Nikki Olst and her crew. They've been pulling 12-hour shifts as they get ready to cater the food for the suites.

"We want to be the best of the best and make your experience the top notch quality that it is, so hospitality as soon as you walk in the door," Olst said.

Making it the best means 110 beef tenderloins, 550 pounds of shrimp and 500 pounds of vegetables have been prepped along with more casual foods ready to go in the oven Sunday morning.
