Middle School Student From Berthoud Becomes Honorary SWAT Member

BERTHOUD, Colo. (CBS4) - A student at Turner Middle School in Berthoud is now an honorary SWAT team member.

The Larimer County Sheriff's Office recognized Donovan Esparza on Saturday for his achievements in school and kindness for others.

Esparza got to spend time with Deputy Kevin Kingston. He also rode with the SWAT team during the Berthoud Day parade.
