Plane Downed After Hitting Power Lines

MESA COUNTY, Colo. (CBS4) - Two people walked away from a small plane crash in Mesa County. Officials say they have minor injuries.
The plane went down after hitting power lines.
A handful of people lost electricity but service has since been restored.
The NTSB is investigating what happened.
