Memorial Service Held For Grand County Deputy Killed In Crash

GRANBY, Colo. (AP) - A memorial service is being held Saturday for an off-duty sheriff's deputy who was killed in a crash in Grand County.

Officials plan a procession of public safety officers from the Grand County Sheriff's Office to the YMCA where the services are being held.

Authorities say 30-year-old Alycia Riggs was killed in a two-vehicle accident north of Granby. Investigators believe slick roads played a role.
