Median Price For Single Family Home In Denver On The Rise Again

DENVER (CBS4) - The Metro Association of Realtors released new numbers showing the median price of a single family home edged up in Denver's hot housing market.

The median price is $362,000 and homes are on the market an average of 25 days.

Realtors say the good news for buyers is that buyers are going under contract without competing offers.
