Mark Sanchez Offers Advice To Young Football Players At Futures Football Championships

DENVER (CBS4) - He may not be the official starting quarterback for the Denver Broncos just yet, but on Saturday Mark Sanchez got a taste of what it's like to lead a football team in Denver.

Sanchez offered up some good advice to the future of football -- seventh- and eighth-graders in the metro area playing in the Futures Football championships.

In this case the players learned all they could from the new Broncos quarterback.

"To know that the fans are totally behind you and they want us to do well and they've got a million questions. All they're talking about is repeat … I'm not making any promises like that," Sanchez said. "I'll be at work on Monday and be ready to roll. So it's been a great experience so far and I'm really enjoying the team and the team atmosphere, the family-type atmosphere that we're building, and we're starting all over from scratch, so it's going to be fun."
