Mark Campbell Sentenced To 16 Years For Driving Burning Truck Into Ex-Girlfriend's Home

LAFAYETTE, Colo. (CBS4)- The man who drove his burning truck into his ex-girlfriend's house was sentenced to 16 years in prison on Wednesday. Mark Campbell had previously pleaded guilty to the crime.

Campbell confessed to police, telling them he was angry with her because she hadn't returned his calls. He set fire to his truck and drove it into the house in May in Lafayette.

The woman, along with her current boyfriend and a child, were able to escape the fire through the back door.
