Man Who Rammed Deputy's Car Now In Custody

FRANKTOWN, Colo. (CBS4) – A 42-year-old fugitive is now in custody and accused of crashing into a Douglas County deputy's car.

The deputy tried to pull over a driver in Franktown when that driver sideswiped the deputy's car with his truck. The truck rolled and the driver ran away.

Deputies found the man at a gas station overnight on Parker Road. He was identified as Justin Julius.
