Man Gets 8 Years In Prison For Attack On Woman In LoDo Parking Garage
DENVER (CBS4) - A man who attempted to sexually assault a woman in a parking garage in LoDo has been sentenced to prison.
Alexander C. Moseley, 26, pleaded guilty earlier to second-degree assault and attempted sexual assault for the incident on June 8 in a parking garage near 18th and Market Streets.
Police said Moseley attacked a 29-year-old woman in the parking garage and pushed her into her vehicle. As he tried to assault her, she used pepper spray to defend herself. Moseley ran away.
Moseley was arrested about a week later. He was sentenced Monday to 8 years in prison and will serve another 10 years of sex offender probation.
