Man Convicted In Wife's Murder Will Get New Trial

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (CBS4) - A husband convicted of killing his wife and suspected of killing his daughter has been granted a new trial.

A jury convicted Michael Blagg of first-degree murder in 2004 for killing his wife, Jennifer, who was found in a garbage bin.

Jennifer Blagg and the couple's 6-year-old daughter, Abby, disappeared in 2001.
