Man Charged With Robbery -- Again

DENVER (CBS4)- A man has been charged in connection with a Denver bank robbery after the cases were initially dismissed.

Steven C. Talley has been charged with one count of aggravated robbery.

Talley, 44, was originally charged in two bank robbery cases in 2014 but the cases were dismissed after he provided an alibi for one of them. The Rocky Mountain Safe Streets Task Force continued the investigation into the second robbery and their work resulted in Talley's arrest last week.

The charge filed on Tuesday alleges that Talley robbed a US Bank on South Colorado Boulevard on Sept. 5, 2014 and fled with an undisclosed amount of cash.

Talley remains in custody in the Denver Detention Center on $50,000 bond.
