Man Charged In Parking Garage Attempted Sex Assault

DENVER (CBS4)- A man accused of attempted sexual assault in a parking garage in Lodo has been formally charged.

Alexander C. Moseley has been charged with attempted sexual assault for an alleged incident on June 8 in a parking garage near 18th and Market Streets.

Police believe Moseley, 26, attacked a 29-year-old woman in the parking garage and pushed her into her vehicle.

As he tried to assault her, she used pepper spray to defend herself. The suspect ran away.

Moseley was arrested about a week later. He is currently being held on a $5,000 bond. Moseley is scheduled to appear in Denver County Court at 9:30 a.m. on June 26 for his second advisement on attempted sexual assault.
