Man Charged After Domestic Violence Chase
DENVER (CBS4)- A man suspected of chasing his wife as she was driving a car with their child inside and ramming it from behind has been formally charged.
Jose Sarabia-Martinez has been charged with menacing, criminal mischief, child abuse and two counts of reckless endangerment.
Sarabia-Martinez, 33, is accused of chasing his wife's vehicle southbound on Sheridan Boulevard on Dec. 14 about 10:30 a.m. Police said he then rammed the vehicle in which his daughter was a passenger.
Sarabia-Martinez has been released from custody on $50,000. He is scheduled to appear in Denver County Court on Dec. 30 at 1:30 p.m. for his second advisement on the charges.
