Man Believed To Be Living Above Restaurant's Ceiling Pleads Guilty

DENVER (CBS4) - A man who fell through the ceiling of a restaurant in downtown Denver has pleaded guilty to first-degree criminal trespass.

Stephen Graves, 36, crashed through the ceiling of the Yard House, a restaurant and bar on the 16th Street Mall, in December.

A sprinkler head broke and the resulting flooding caused tens of thousands of dollars in damage.

Investigators believe Graves was secretly living in the rafters above the restaurant. He was ordered to serve two years of mental health probation to run concurrent with two other cases.
