Man Accused Of Taking Pictures In Women's Restroom

DENVER (CBS4) – A man accused of taking pictures in a women's restroom has been formally charged.

According to Lynn Kimbrough with the district attorney's office, Bradley Oglethorpe, 39, has been charged with invasion of privacy.

"The charge alleges that Oglethorpe hid in the stall of a women's bathroom at a grocery store and took pictures of two children from under the stall using a cellphone," Kimbrough said in a statement.

The incident occurred in January but no suspect was identified. Oglethorpe was arrested as a suspect on June 13 "after he was discovered in the same women's bathroom by a security officer."

Oglethorpe is currently being held on a $2,000 bond. He is scheduled to appear in court on Thursday for his second advisement on the charge.
