ASPEN, Colo. (CBS4) - The man accused of pushing a snowboarder off an Aspen chairlift has pleaded not guilty by reason of insanity.

Thomas Proesel, 31, entered the plea via Skype on Wednesday from a psychiatric facility in Tennessee.

In February, a judge allowed Proesel to post $10,000 bond under the condition he would get treatment there. He was accompanied by his father and uncle.
