Man Accused Of Killing Infant Appears Before Judge

FORT COLLINS, Colo. (CBS4)- The man accused of killing an infant faced a judge in Fort Collins on Friday.

Juan Canales-Hernandez has been charged with murder and child abuse.

Police say Hernandez told them he struck the baby with a chair after he became frustrated with her.

Canales-Hernandez has served time in prison for child abuse. He is scheduled to appear in court again next month.
