Man Accused Of Hit & Run At Bus Stop Pleads Guilty

DENVER (CBS4) - A man accused of crashing into a bus stop and causing injuries has pleaded guilty.

Mark Skipper, 54, faces mandatory prison time. He pleaded guilty to vehicular assault, third-degree assault and violating bond conditions.

The crash injured three people waiting at the bus stop last July at East Colfax Avenue and Josephine Street.

Skipper ran from the scene. He was taken into custody the next day.

Skipper is due in court on April 4 for sentencing.
