Man Accused Of Eluding Police Formally Charged

DENVER (CBS4) - Denver District Attorney Mitch Morrissey has formally charged a man accused of eluding police.

The man, 51-year-old Jeffrey Strouse, is charged with vehicular eluding and aggravated driving after revocation.

The charges allege that Strouse fled a traffic stop in Aurora on May 16 and was eventually stopped and taken into custody at 5th Avenue and Tucson in Denver after ramming a police vehicle.
