Man Accused Of Crashing Into Optical Store Faces Vehicular Homicide Charges

DENVER (CBS4) - A driver accused of crashing into an optical store is now facing vehicular homicide charges.

Ryan Nuanez, 24, is facing vehicular homicide charges because one of the people inside the store has died.

Investigators say Nuanez was under the influence of some kind of drug when he crashed into the Accent Optics store earlier this month.

Four people were hurt and later the owner of the store died from her injuries.
