Loveland Police Release More Details About Homicide

LOVELAND, Colo. (AP) — Loveland police have released more details about the deaths of two people earlier this month.

Officers were called for a welfare check at a home just north of Lake Loveland on Feb. 1 and found 36-year-old Angela Howard dead with multiple gunshot wounds. The next day, investigators found her truck near Lyons with 52-year-old Russell Woolman dead inside.

A firearm found in the truck was determined to have been the one used to kill Howard, and on Wednesday, the case was presented to the Larimer County District Attorney's Office with Woolman listed as a suspect in the homicide.

The Boulder County Coroner's Office is still investigating Woolman's death.

Woolman's last known address was the same as Howard's, but police have not detailed the relationship between the two.
