'Love Denver Live Downtown' Campaign Encourages Urban Living

DENVER (CBS4)- If you think you love Denver but don't believe downtown is the right spot for you, think again. A new campaign is urging people at all stages of their life to experience urban living.

The Downtown Denver Partnership is encouraging Coloradans to move downtown. The "Love Denver Live Downtown" initiative is designed to get more people to live in the city.

On Saturday, the group set up in Wynkoop Plaza to highlight everything downtown Denver has to offer.

"Everyone can live downtown. So, families, empty-nesters on both ends of the spectrum, people with dogs, with pets, everyone has a place downtown," said Downtown Denver Partnership spokesman Jim Kircheimer.

There's also an app that focuses on downtown's best family-friendly attractions and resources. It's called Live Denver and available in the app store.
