Longmont Considers Retail, Medical Pot Shops

LONGMONT, Colo. (CBS4)- Longmont could be the next city in Colorado to open pot shops.

Right now there is a ban on both medical and recreational marijuana businesses. The city council could vote to change that on Tuesday night.

If the plan goes through, Longmont would allow four pot shops to open but only in commercial or industrial-zoned ares of the city.
