Security Breach Puts Family Practice Patient Information At Risk

LONGMONT, Colo. (CBS4)- Some patients in Longmont may have had their personal information compromised because of a data breach.

The breach was discovered last month at Longs Peak Family Practice.

Hackers may have obtained patient names, Social Security numbers and medical information.

The clinic is offering free credit monitoring services for patients who may be affected.
