Lime: Scooters In Denver Aren't In Danger Of Catching Fire

DENVER (CBS4)- Lime says its electric scooters in Denver are not in danger of catching fire.

The company recalled some of its scooters in Los Angeles and San Diego.

There is concern the battery in certain models could smolder and ignite.

Lime says at no point were any of its riders put at risk.

According to the Denver Business Journal, none of the older model bikes involved are used in Denver.
