Leonard Nimoy Remembered At Event Benefiting VSA Colorado

LITTLETON, Colo. (CBS4) - Live long and prosper -- that was the message at the Alamo Drafthouse in Littleton on Saturday.

The Alamo held a tribute to the life and work of Leonard Nimoy, the actor better known as Mr. Spock on "Star Trek."

Nimoy died last week at the age of 83.

The theatre held a special screening of the movies "Star Trek" II, III, and IV.

CBS4's Tom Mustin emceed the event. Mustin acted in a role as a medical intern in "Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home."

All proceeds benefitted VSA Colorado and Access Gallery, a group that uses the arts to enrich the lives of people with disabilities.
