Warmer Days Ahead With Just Scattered Afternoon Storms
DENVER (CBS4) - Big changes are in the cards for the week ahead!
After what has been a soggy, cloudy and chilly weekend, high pressure will be forming over the nations mid-section in the week ahead. Colorado will be caught between high pressure to the east and a low pressure trough to the west. This will bring in south-southwesterly winds for most of the week.
This scenario should warm most of our temperatures and provide most areas with just a few late day showers and thunderstorms for the entire week ahead. Most days only having about a 10 to 20 percent chance for storms.
This trend will continue right on through Memorial Day.
