Showers and Storm and Temperatures Below Normal Through the Week

By Ed Greene

DENVER (CBS4) - Under gray skies with off and on showers and storms, Denver officially reached a high of only 68 degrees. When was the last time our high was this cool? Last Thursday - when we only reached 67! So it has been a cool and wet August and it looks as though that weather pattern will continues. Mostly cloudy skies continue tomorrow, Tuesday, as do the chance for showers and thunderstorms - the high will be slightly warmer, in the low to mid 70s. More clouds and scattered storms Wednesday with a mild high in the upper 70s.

We'll slowly creep into the low 80s and stay there for Thursday, Friday and Saturday - and you can again expect scattered showers or storms each day.
