Warm & Sunny Conditions Dominate The Week

By Lauren Whitney

DENVER (CBS4) -

What a week! It sure feels more like late summer than fall right now, sometimes we call streaks like this an Indian Summer. Thankfully we saw enough rain and snow early in the month to put us ahead for our precipitation or this dry stretch would be concerning. It will be awhile before we see any rain around the Front Range.

If you want to hit the outdoors, this is your week to do so. Sunshine, seventies, and calmer winds! Well, calmer winds at the lower elevations, it will still be gusty higher up.

We'll see more sunshine and the upper 70s on Wednesday. Another fabulous day for us.

We will cool down with a trough of low pressure and a cold front on Saturday. Mainly this brings us cooler temperatures, but possibly a little rain to the high country.
