Summer Weather Wednesday; Quick Touch of Fall for Thursday

By Ed Greene

DENVER (CBS4) - Tuesday's high reached 88 degrees at the airport - the normal high for this date in Denver is 90 degrees - and we'll be back there again tomorrow. Scattered showers or storms will be in the forecast for Wednesday, as well.

Thursday will see a cool shot of air from the north invade the state and push Denver's high down into the lower 70s! Look for a good chance for showers and storms with that cooler air as well. But it will be just a one day cool-down, as we bounce right back into the mid 80s for Friday - with only isolated storms.

We'll start the weekend with only isolated storms on Saturday and a high in the low 80s...little change for Sunday, except a little better chance for those late day storms.
