Staying Dry With a Warm-Up by the Weekend

By Ed Greene

DENVER (CBS4) - Tuesday stayed partly sunny all day but the high temperature was 12 degrees cooler than Monday's high when we reached 65 - which is just about normal for this time of year. We did see showers or rain and snow over northern Colorado, but the farther south you went, the drier it turned out to be. Tuesday will be a bit cooler with a high only in the upper 50s but we will be under sunny skies. Thursday will still be cool with a high in the low 60s and we'll keep the sunny skies around.

As we finish up the week and then head through the weekend milder weather returns: sunshine will be in abundance with highs in the mid 70s for Friday and Saturday - and nearing 80 on Sunday!
