More Clouds Around With Cool Front

By Dave Aguilera

DENVER (CBS4)-  There is a very weak cold front pushing across Colorado for Sunday. But, other than a few passing clouds and perhaps a few flakes of snow in the highest Northern Mountains the moisture will be very limited.

Denver highs will rise into the mid to upper 60s for Sunday. In the mountains highs will mostly be in the 50s with 50s and 60s combined out over the western slope.

Our high pressure ridge will be strengthening in the week ahead with temperatures over the eastern plains including Denver making it into the low to mid 70s by mid-week.

It looks like we will finally see some honest to goodness fall weather by the end of the week ahead. There is a chance for rain on Thursday with a cool change. And the possibility of a few flakes of snow mixed with rain on Friday morning. Stay tuned!
