Temperatures Heating Back To The 90s

By Lauren Whitney

DENVER (CBS4) - Our temperatures have slowly been climbing back to the 90 degree marker all week. Thursday we came awfully close to 90, hitting 89 degrees in Denver. A few clouds rolled in, but overall it was another sunny and dry day.

Thursday will get awfully toasty again. We're looking to hit 93 degrees in Denver, with plenty of 90s and even triple digits for the eastern plains. Again, we have another very sunny and dry day.

Saturday is another hot and sunny day, however a cold front will drop in and could bring the chance for isolated storms in the evening. There won't be much moisture with this, so rainfall won't be very much.

This front will knock down our highs down to the low 80s on Sunday. We will have perfect Father's Day weather for grilling, golf, the Rockies game, or just hanging out in the back yard.
