Better Chance For Storms On Thursday

By Lauren Whitney

DENVER (CBS4) - Denver officially reached 92° today, another hot day for the Front Range. Downtown Denver stayed dry, but brief heavy rain and hail fell in south and southeastern Denver.

A better chance for rain on Thursday afternoon in Denver. It does look like we should be clear for the Broncos preseason game, but we can't rule out a few storms still in the area at kick-off.

Storms won't be an issue for the However the Rocky Mountain Showdown Friday evening.

Dry and hot heading into the Labor Day weekend. Temperatures in the low 90s and upper 80s with plenty of sunshine. Enjoy your BBQ plans and don't forget the sunscreen.
