Heat Returns For First Part Of New Week

By Chris Spears

DENVER (CBS4) - Monday morning will start off with a mix of sun and clouds and there is the potential for occasional patchy dense fog once again on the eastern plains.

But overall, warmer and drier conditions will spread across the state as we start the new week.

There's still enough moisture around to make scattered showers and storms but we aren't anticipating anything widespread.

By Thursday a cold front could potentially move through the region and cool us back about 10 degrees.
