A Minor Cool-Down Friday, Now Comes Another Warm-Up

By Ed Greene

DENVER (CBS4) - We did see a minor cool-down on Friday but highs did stay in the 60s: our official high reached 61 degrees and that is 7 degrees cooler than Thursday...but it is also still 7 degrees above normal for this time of year.

Now we are back to warming it up once again: Mostly sunny skies on Saturday with a high in the upper 60s; little change for Sunday - back in the upper 60s. As we begin next week mostly sunny and dry weather stays with us through midweek: Partly sunny Monday, high around 70; mostly sunny Tuesday and again Wednesday with highs in the low to mid 70s...and those are temperatures we normal see in late September!
