Dry And Warmer Than Normal Weather Through the Weekend

By Ed Greene

DENVER (CBS4) -  We ended the week with a sunny and warm day: the high at both locations, downtown and at the airport, reached 79 degrees, some twelve degrees above normal for this time of year.

For Saturday, sunshine and even warmer!  We'll push to around 83 degrees...and the last time we were that warm and reached 83 degrees, was back on October 27th of last year. We'll end the weekend with a high back in the low 80s on Sunday with a slight chance for a late isolated storm.

A gradual cool-down continues into next week with a good chance for showers or a thunderstorm each day: high Monday in the upper 70s;  for Tuesday we'll reach the lower 70s.  Then more seasonal on Wednesday - in the upper 60s, which is about normal for this time of year.  Look for low 60s on Thursday and mid 60s for Friday.
