Possible Rain/Snow Showers Early Saturday

By Ashton Altieri

DENVER (CBS4) - As forecast on Thursday that cold front off to the east actually backed into Colorado and cooled us off 7 degrees over Thursday's high when we reached 65 degrees - still a dozen degrees above normal for this time of year. Now a weak disturbance with some rain and snow showers with it will push through the state and that may result in a few rain or snow showers on Saturday morning. By Saturday afternoon we a re back to partly cloudy skies with a cooler high in the mid 50s.

Look for variable cloudiness on Sunday with a warmer high into the low 60s. Then we see more sunshine and warmer temperatures and we go through next week: Partly cloudy Monday, high in the mid 60s; mostly sunny Tuesday with a milder high in the low 70s; partly sunny on Wednesday as we push into the low to mid 70s.
