August To Wrap Up With Seasonal Weather

By Chris Spears

DENVER (CBS4) - Colorado's weather over the next five days will be just about average for this time of year with no major weather systems on the horizon.

Denver's average high right now is 85°F with an average low of 56°.

There is an area of disturbed weather over northern Arizona that will send some clouds and moisture into the state today.

By this afternoon and evening we'll see scattered showers and a few thunderstorms develop but most of the activity should stay over the higher elevations to the south and west of Denver.

If any roll through the Front Range it would most likely be after 4 pm.
