Aside From A Few Isolated Storms, Another Beautiful Day

By Dave Aguilera

DENVER (CBS4) - Get ready for a big time warming trend as we get the work week up and rolling. For some areas of eastern Colorado it may be the warmest day so far this year. Despite lots of high clouds tracking across the region. Highs over the eastern plains with be shooting up into the 80s and low 90s on Monday. With 60s and 70s in the mountains with 70s and 80s across the western slope.

High pressure over the southern Rockies into Texas will be helping the warm desert air to flow into the state along with high clouds from California.

There will be a very, weak front sliding through on Tuesday. But, it will be very dry and only drop temperatures a few degrees. There may be a better chance for rain and unsettled weather by the weekend ahead.
