Stolen Bike Once Belonged To Lance Armstrong

ASPEN, Colo. (CBS4) - The Pitkin County Sheriff is making a personal plea for help after burglars hit his home.

Someone took a bicycle off his front porch in Aspen.

The bright yellow Trek road bike belongs to the sheriff's wife, which she got from Lance Armstrong.

It's the one he received for the 2005 Tour of Hope ride.

The organization raises money for cancer research.

Sheriff Joe DiSalvo says the thief can return it with no questions asked.

The bike could be valued at up to $10,000.
