Carjacking Victim In Lakewood Rushed To Hospital After Shooting

LAKEWOOD, Colo. (CBS4)- Lakewood police are searching for the suspect in a shooting and carjacking that left the victim injured. The carjacking happened just before 9 p.m. Thursday at the Trails Inn Motel at 9025 W. Colfax Ave.

Police said the man suffered non-life threatening injuries. There are multiple suspects involved. Police did not release a description of the stolen vehicle or the suspects.

Investigators believe the carjacking and shooting are isolated incidents.
