Jury Finds Englewood Woman Guilty Of Killing Man With Baseball Bat

ENGLEWOOD, Colo. (CBS4) - A jury on Friday convicted a woman of killing a man with a baseball bat.

The jury convicted Forsythia Owen of murder. She beat Denzle Rainey to death outside her Englewood home in 2013.

Owen told police she thought Rainey sexually assaulted her child but there wasn't any evidence to support that claim.

Owen faces up to 48 years in prison when she's sentenced in April.
