Bank surveillance video shows masked suspects entering a Lakewood bank last fall and robbing it, ending with the suspects locking people inside the vault. It was one of two banks the three man face charges of robbing. The crime spree in Lakewood ended in a chase that included two carjackings and two people shot.

Prosecutors argue the men responsible are Sanders, Richardson and Mason, linking witness testimony and bullet casings to the suspects as well as DNA testing on clothing and masks.

The defense argues it's not clear who the robbers are in the surveillance video because of the masks and clothing, and say inconsistencies in witness accounts casts doubt on those responsible.

Richardson's mother told CBS4 the crimes are not in his character.

All three remain in custody. The trial is expected to last through Dec. 9.
