Judge May Speed Up Jury Selection Process In Aurora Shooting Case

CENTENNIAL, Colo. (CBS4) - The judge overseeing jury selection for the trial of James Holmes says he might be in a position to speed up the process.

Judge Carlos Samour said Friday he may begin questioning potential jurors individually on Feb. 11, which is six days earlier than the original schedule.

Samour says he believes he will have 2,0000 completed juror questionaires by Feb. 9.

They plan to get that number down to 120 to pick the final jury of 12 and 12 alternates.
