Judge: Aspen Postal Worker Remains Danger To Community

ASPEN, Colo. (CBS4)- A federal judge says a postal worker in Aspen remains a danger to the community.

Earlier this month, Mauro Emilio Pennini was arrested at the Aspen post office. He allegedly violated a protection order.

During the arrest, investigators found a loaded handgun, knives, handcuffs and ammunition on Pennini, 54.

He is facing both local and federal charges and a judge said he remains too much of a threat to the community to be allowed to bond out of jail.
