For DV cases in Colorado you have to see a judge before you're released on any kind of bond.
That's why there is the no bond hold for Jeudy. https://t.co/qiVsJga4Rg
Investigators said that Jeudy was involved in a dispute involving property with the woman with whom he shares a 1-month-old child. The property included the woman's wallet that was locked in a car. She claims the Jeudy wouldn't give her those items.
"It solely involved property. There was no damage to property, all that happened is that there was an accusation that property was being withheld and deputies determined that there was enough probable cause to make an arrest," said Arapahoe County Sheriff Tyler Brown.

"When it comes to the severity of the charge, this is a very low-level misdemeanor. But we take all cases of domestic violence very seriously. It's important to make sure that victims' voices are heard... and that's what we're doing right now," said Brown.
Deputies said Jeudy was cooperative when they took him into custody.
"I can tell you specifically there was no physical contact between Mr. Jeudy and the female party in this investigation, it solely involved property," said Brown.
The Broncos selected Jeudy out of Alabama in the 2020 NFL Draft.
The Denver Broncos released this statement, "We are aware of the matter involving Jerry Jeudy and are in the process of gathering more information."
Jeudy is scheduled to appear in Arapahoe County Court at 8:30 a.m. Friday for an advisement hearing.
