Jeffco Deputies Still Searching For Halloween Vandals With BB Gun

JEFFERSON COUNTY, Colo. (CBS4) - Deputies in Jefferson County hope somebody will come forward with information about a rash of vehicles that had their windows shot out with a BB gun on Halloween.

According to the sheriff's office, 24 cars were hit in the Friendly Hills, Belleview Ridge and Governors Ranch neighborhoods of south Jefferson County.

Jacki Kelley with the sheriff's office said there is "absolutely no reason to believe this is connected to Brighton vandalism," which was similar. She said this type of stuff happens "every year around Halloween."

Deputies currently don't have any leads or suspect information.
