Gov. Jared Polis Signs Equal Pay For Equal Work Act Into Law

DENVER (CBS4)- Gov. Jared Polis signed the Equal Pay for Equal Work act into law on Wednesday. The law is designed to close the pay gap between men and women.

The law will also require employers to be transparent about pay ranges.

The law is designed to help women more easily sue if they feel they are being discriminated against based on gender when it comes to pay.
